      Small, intimate company that allows you to grow and learn about the industry.

      Cons

      While one of the "senior" management is seasoned in the field she does not know how to respectfully deal with people. She would benefit greatly from some formal education in English, Human Resources and People Management.

      - Great management team. - Excellent training and they help with certification - Great overall atmosphere

      Cons

      - Can be long hours at times depending on what is going on with your communities. - Board members can be a handful. - Can be very stressful, especially if you are not extremely organized.
