PbS is the first company I've ever worked for that truly lives and breathes its core values. It's not just words on a wall that people walk by, it's ingrained in the culture. Everyone who works here, from the top down lives and breathes an obsession to doing the best work for clients they love working with, with people they enjoy working with. It's a one-of-a-kind place.

The only downside is that having a team of people that are all over the world is the same with any remote job, you don't get to see people in person very often, but it's amazing when you do. The silver lining, however, is that you learn so much about other people's cultures so it's also an eye-opening experience.
