Pros
everything, honestly. love the company, the mission, and my co-workers. working remotely and globally is so cool and allows a lot of flexibility. also, the company is rapidly growing so lots of room for growth!
Cons
because it's still technically a start-up, some processes/structures are still being created, so it can feel like we're behind at times and very chaotic. also, it's easy to overwork, as there are always a million things to do. strong work-life boundaries are crucial.
