      Pros

      Fun place to work. Comfortable. Cool people and co workers. Laid back. Fitness equipment. No micro management. Work from home mondays and fridays.

      Cons

      I was there for only 6 weeks before I was blindsided with a dismissal for “not picking it up quickly enough.” This was obviously an excuse because I did not get a single piece of feedback the entire time I was there and I completed every task set before me and actively sought out more tasks rather than twiddle my thumbs when I had no work to do. I guess that rubs some people the wrong way.

      Commission Structure - if you can get accounts to stay onboarded .

      Cons

      0 structure - not a competitive product to build a book of business. They will not give you what you need to be successful , and their process is a total mystery and can change from one day to the next . Poor Management, and there is a lot going on in the background . Most of their sellers fail, regardless of “talent”
