Pros
There are few things in particular that make P2M what it is; The people, the product & the fact that if you get your sh!t done you're treated like an actual adult, meaning you run your own work/life schedule and you're not micromanaged. Everyone who joins P2M is given a fair shot to prove themselves, & to do things they wouldn't get the chance to elsewhere. There's a lot of opportunity to get out of your comfort zone. The good work people do here doesn't go unnoticed - in fact it's always celebrated. It's a work hard play hard culture with a really strong team spirit, with everyone willing to lend a hand to help one another out. It's a culture where you're encouraged to put your hand up to be ambitious and innovative (literally 2 of the company values). For a relatively small business, we work with some big, very well known clients & we get some amazing experience doing this - the whole team does. Other perks of note: • Great office space with free breakfast & awesome coffee • Can bring your dog into work • Lot of good energy and music is played on the Amazon Echo • Fully stocked beer/wine fridges for drinks every Friday
Cons
Given the product is so good and can do so much, it can occasionally be its downfall too. Instead of focusing on a few service offerings and doing it really well (which we do), we can sometimes attempt to do too much & offer too much customisation which can spread us thin, given we're a relatively small team. The service can become diluted as a result. Outside of our industry, we're almost entirely unknown so will we look good on your CV? Doubtful.
