Pros

The training pay is alright, the meetings can be fun, coworkers are alright

Cons

The lies begin right away. They dangle the 4K sign on bonus in the job listings when in reality that’s going to be your salary for the first 6 weeks when you complete sales training because this is a commission only job.Thats after you complete your first 3 months of knocking door to door. They have an annual Mexico trip that is determined by tenure on who gets to go and not everyone gets to go. LOL plus the sales training is you remembering an hours worth of scripts . Sales training is an absolute nightmare because they expect you to stay at the office + 12 hours to try to memorize the scripts as fast as possible, instead of just giving you more time. Plus go on Twitter and search power home remodeling and you’ll see the thousands of complaints they get from their customers from them doing terrible installs. There are people making 100k at this job but it’s only managements faves that get the best quality leads. Turn over is super high here for a reason. Literally a revolving door . frat boy environment

Pros

Power encourages and supports growth more than any other company I've worked for. The training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities are exceptional, and there is a genuine focus on helping people improve both professionally and personally. I've built valuable relationships, gained confidence as a leader, and developed skills that extend far beyond sales. For those who are motivated, coachable, and willing to put in the work, there are tremendous opportunities for growth, advancement, and long-term success.

Cons

The company operates at a fast pace and maintains high expectations, which can be demanding at times. However, Power is constantly evolving, requiring employees to adapt quickly to new processes, priorities, and opportunities. While these changes support growth and innovation, success often depends on strong time management, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.
