Pros
-Great pay. Sales positions are 100% commission, but with insanely high prices you make a lot of $$$ when you make a sale. -Management is pretty lax on policing time off, take off whenever you want. -Company trip to Mexico with acts like SnoopDogg playing private shows. Fratboys love this place. -For those who drink the Kool-Aid, there's a lot of support and guys willing to help you get better at ripping off old ladies. -If the only thing that matters is making $$$ there's a lot of it to be made here if you can stomach it. Or if you're dumb enough to believe that what they tell you about what they do is all true...
Cons
-Tons of rejection is hard to deal with. -High pressure sales; close the deal or you don't get paid. -Very little real training on the construction aspect of the job, just focus on learning your scripted sales pitch and they call you an "expert". -No work-life balance, you're on call 10am-8pm weekdays and 9am-2pm on Saturday. Weekday appointments can run well into the wee hours. Management would have you working 24-7 if they could get away with it. -Beginning training is a brainwashing program, all day in the office with Mr. Roboto and then all night running appointments. You're too exhausted to think about anything other than their script. -Unless you're totally devoid of a soul, you'll realize that the company is not what it seems, the customers don't find us, we find them and then NEVER stop until they buy something or change their phone number. Pricing is double to triple what most other contractors would charge for the same work. Why don't people call back after they think about it, EVER? Because it's total BS, anyone who does their homework will know to steer clear of this company.
