Pros
You would be hard pressed to find a harder working group of people that are equally as incredible to hang out with. The camaraderie is bar none from what I've seen. The opportunity for professional development is as endless as you're willing to work for and the financial reward can be beyond what you'd think possible. Lastly, the training is fantastic, especially if you're someone with little or no background in sales.
Cons
They're big on work life integration because it is difficult to progress in the company while maintaining a solid work life balance. It is a place that provides great people and great opportunity but can consume you by constantly providing a carrot to chase. It all comes down to whether you want career progression, financial gain, and company integration VS. no career growth, still great financial gain (but monotony of stagnant career), and limited involvement in culture of the company.
