Pros

Some individual colleagues were great. Sadly they are few and far between.

Cons

A challenging experience. Mandatory participation in team-building events and/or staff parties that felt forced and inauthentic, not to mention in locations that were difficult for many to attend - leaving many employees feeling more alienated than connected. The management team lacked true leadership. Rather than guiding and inspiring their teams, department leads tended to adopt a "do as I say, not as I do" approach, delegating tasks without contributing meaningfully. This led to unrealistic expectations being imposed on staff without a clear understanding of the practical challenges involved. The corporate structure of the organisation was rigid and outdated, stifling creativity and flexibility. Employees were often treated as interchangeable resources rather than individuals with unique needs and strengths. Efforts to address concerns or propose improvements were generally dismissed, creating an environment where many felt undervalued and unheard. The service offered by the company was far below standard. This added another layer of frustration, as employees were left to manage customer dissatisfaction with little support or empowerment to make meaningful changes. I would not recommend this company to those seeking an organisation that values its employees, embraces flexibility, and fosters strong leadership.

Pros

Good managers and colleagues who listened to your needs

The work itself is quite lonely and sometimes stressful to make it between all the destinations.
