Very friendly work environment. Competitive base compensation with high earning potential depending on how much overtime/travel you work. Interesting and challenging project work. Company has a great reputation in the lumber industry. Performance reviews are scheduled and always on time.

Travel demands can be a bit high though travel incentives make up for this. There is a lack of standardization but this is something management is currently aware of and is working towards improving.
