      Pros

      Everyone is very nice. Laid back office. Supervisor was very helpful and friendly. Allowed me to go to any seminars/talks that interested me. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Not much growth. Very slow paced and quite boring at times. Struggled to find work for me to do. Work was either very easy or monotonous. Felt like they didn't take full advantage of my skillset.

      Pros

      Population Connection offers staff a great deal of autonomy and independence in carving out their roles. Staff members are valued for their individual contributions to the team and overall mission. Excellent compensation.

      Cons

      You should thrive working independently. This is the place for self-starters.
