Cons
Communication is key in this job. You need to have a smart phone with long battery life, a working computer, and good communication skills to do this job. You will find yourself emailing, texting, and calling people in between dogs very often, and there isn't a lot of time to stop for a breather if you're working full time. Sometimes a walk might be cancelled in the middle of your day, or a walk needs to be added to your schedule. For this reason, if you're not ready to communicate in full, you'll have a rough time with this job.
It is also very fast paced. With a full schedule, you'll find yourself racing between dogs in order to stay on schedule. It can get stressful, but the puppy time definitely makes up for it!
