      Year round work, newer trucks/trailers, decent pay, easy work.

      Cons

      Communication between drivers/dispatch/management could be better. Benefits package can be expensive. Long hours for some 12-14. Older company owned trailers have seen better days. Need steady mechanics.

      Working in the heat with little accommodation working in the cold, working in the rain Management is bad Expect to work every holiday and expect NO HOLIDAY PAY Expect PTO to be denied weeks after you asked for time off
