Pomeroy is a fast paced environment and moves quickly - some may find this decisiveness and desire for change not for them.

They are ok for getting your foot in the door for the industry, and getting some experience working in an office/industrial job site.

Every thing about this company is just terrible. I don't know who my manager is anymore. We have gone through so many in the time that I have been here. Don't even bother to ask for raises because you're not getting any. You are nothing to them.
