Pros

Good work environment. Co-workers work well together. Company and CEO genuinely seem to care about employees. Compensation is good. Management seems to always be going out of their way to support employees and show their appreciation. Company also does recognition spot bonuses, and other employee recognition events such as fun lunch events. Recently had tee-shirt design contest. Makes you feel very appreciated. I have found the HR department to be particularly very helpful and supportive. Company is growing and hiring.

Cons

The company is doing well and growing fast and this can create challenges. Management has been very supportive though and employees work well together to meet new challenges.
