Pros

Lots of overtime and some nice people

Cons

1. I started training the 1st night and instead of giving me a proper trainer they gave me someone I couldn't understand instead of allowing me to do my training videos which got postponed until 3 or 4 days later. The guy helped me pick on one order and walked away leaving me alone instead of making sure I was up to speed on what they wanted. 2. Very very face paced too fast that someone could get severely hurt everyone flys past on electric equipment and barely pays attention to people on standard pallet jacks or blocks the way so you can't get around to the bin. 3. Equipment is sub-par I've tried several times reporting it to the team lead nothing was done. Went to scan stuff and my scanner either froze to where I had to turn it off and on to get it to work finally they gave me a new one and instead of freezing it just logged you out constantly always in the middle of scanning or just looking at the location of where the product is. 4. They have dock shelves for freight near the loading bays for each door but instead of utilizing it efficiently they cram freight everywhere that should be in the normal picking bins and stuff that is going out should be effectively placed in those areas not cramming every aisle you have to pick from. 5. Its so unorganized and cluttered with stuff that should have been binned in and is not or the items for the orders are misplaced or missing completely. 6. They expect 200 boxes a night but with everything in the way of the shelves you have to pick from you barely can get into get anything or have to crawl, lift over your head or toss it until you get it to your pallet. 7. No radios in accessible areas they are supposed to have radios hanging outside every other aisle to be able to communicate to get stuff brought down when needed not the person having to run to one location everytime you need to page for a bendi operator. 8. Bendi operators are super slow on getting to you its always ill be there in a minute and constantly have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get someone there most of the time, there is 6 operators and they don't disperse out on different duties but stay on just one task together instead of one operator gets to the wrapping station and the others split up putting production items up in bins to help with the speed of the pickers. 9. Team leads should be able to balance helping out with orders and computer work not sit at the desk having irrelevant conversations that has nothing to do with the job. They should be seeing the messes and plan out where it should go not have a meeting in the middle of the shift about production and reprimand you because they stalled production. I'm also embarrassed that they completely ignore that you have a disability and not work with you on improving just automatically write you up after 3 weeks and not being able to pick or do orders just transfer orders to another plant that requires no packing for the most part. Then when you start to do the actual orders get pulled off for training 2 times and not get fully certified until the second time and get penalized for training and not hitting numbers. I could go on and on about the stress and ignorance of this place.

Pros

The pay was decent for a customer service job

Cons

This is a very stressful job where you are handling customer complaints all day long. Management is too busy micromanaging what you are doing to actually care about you as an employee. You get graded on your conversations and have to tell the team when you are using the restroom! This company only cares about their profits, nothing about their employees! They would rather pay people less per hour than bring back the employees who are already trained so don't think you're gonna have work come next season!
