Pros

- Clear vision and strategy, combined with high talent density - Truly exciting B2C product with lots of love from our users - Strong values that are actually lived, not just written down - Product-led growth mindset which is embedded in how each decision is made - Best secondary benefit I've ever seen at a company: getting teleported once a year to a place in the world you have never been before

Cons

- Looking at other people's awesome trips creating constant travel FOMO

Pros

- Genuinely care about employees - A lot of time and effort spent on building social connections (company trips, regular socials etc) - A transparent CEO - Revenue generating - Users love the product - Culture where anybody can contribute and share ideas - Great office with lunch provided every day

Cons

- A flat structure (some may find this a pro) limits opportunity for growth for some

Pros

- Great vibe in the company, friendly & knowledgeable colleagues - Good balance between ambition to grow & having fun - Strong culture, the company lives up to its values - Exciting product with good traction + growth - The company cares and pays attention to details, from designing the app to creating an inclusive environment - Stable financial position, not dependent on external funding - Fun company stage: there is strong product-market-fit, there are enough people to get things done, yet the company is still small enough (~70 people) to know everyone personally

Cons

- This might not be a good fit for one if you're planning to move up the ranks fast due to it's flat organization. Polarsteps has many experienced individual contributors who are happy to operate (and keep operating) in such a role. Due to the size of the company, there are not many management roles (which is great actually).
