Pros
Polarising has a great company spirit. It's a big company but still feels like a small cozy company to work. Everybody knows everybody, or just it feels like it. The administration people really cares about us workers and their well being. The work hours are really your business. Of course you have a time to work but there's a lot of understanding with the work/life balance
Cons
Some areas of the company are still growing up and the investment on them sometimes lacks focus or adequate people.
