Not paid nearly enough for the work that is required of employees. Lack of communication, not every one in high level positions knows exactly what is going on.

Poken is a really fun place to work. The team is smart, driven, and passionate about what the company does. The company's philosophy of openness, integrity, and humility makes it a very non-toxic work environment!

Because it is a start-up--and one undergoing explosive growth at that, there are many late nights and do-what-needs-to-be-done situations. This is usually OK with the team because of the passion for the product. However, if you would rather stamp your time card at 17:00 and not think about work until the next morning, it probably isn't the place for you.
