      Pros

      Tons of room for growth, Pointe is constantly expanding and doesn't mind promoting from within. If you are a tech with your own route, you can normally be done early afternoon and still make great money. The people that you work with actually care about you, there is a great family vibe.

      Cons

      The hours as a start tech can be long, but that just means you're making more money.

      Pointe was a great place to work! Management didn’t act like they were better than everyone and treated you as an equal.

      Pay seemed low for the amount of work there was.
