- Super supporitive team, if you ask for help you will get it.
- Quarterly business reviews allow the whole company to connect 3 - 4 times a year.
- Direct access to the president of the company really makes you feel like you're making a difference.
- Great benefits!
Cons
- Every team conversation is dominated by the men trash talking and teasing. If you're a woman and you don't follow sports you're basically left out of every conversation.
- The team is scattered across different time zones, be prepared to work at all hours.
- Pay is just OK.
