POR is hands down the best company I’ve worked for, primarily because of its outstanding culture. From day one, it’s clear that the company genuinely cares about its employees. As with any software company, there are occasional challenges that come with the nature of the work. Because the product integrates with multiple systems and third party software, issues can arise unexpectedly. This can sometimes lead to fast paced, high pressure days when something breaks or a dependency causes disruptions.
