Pros

When I graduated from James Madison University with my BS in Business, there where a few things I was looking for in the job world when considering various careers. What was of utmost importance was that I could find rewarding work that allowed me to excel and help others to excel based off of my efforts in an environment that I loved without any foreseeable end to my own personal successes. This business allowed me to excel in a performance-awarding environment. Unlike in school, where I often got the same grade as others regardless of work ethic, PSI allowed me to get back what I put into each day. As someone who is constantly looking to improve and compete, I loved that the difference in someone's paycheck was a mere reflection on who wanted it more each week. By who wanted it more, I mean the unmatched opportunity for growth. My time with PSI grew me as a resource, as a leader, and as a person in general. I look back at the training program like business school extended to application in the real world and I look back at the efforts of those I worked with as them showing me exactly how to be successful as a business owner. Every day I came to work I was happy to be involved with a company grounded in integrity and proper business ethics and happy to be surrounded by personable, high-energy, hard-working, competitive, driven, motivated, and caring young-professionals. That group knows how to have fun and make each work day rewarding.

Cons

Takes a lot of hard work to be successful.
