Pros
Doesn't matter if you are at a junior, intermediate or senior level experience, POINT Biopharma is a great place to learn. I have over 20 years experience and at times have hit a plateau with larger, global sized companies where their processes are already engrained, so I feel I am in maintenance mode. So I joined a start-up to continue learning. This is a well-funded start-up where you can build, make an impact, influence decision-making, and wear different hats to optimize your experiences and challenge yourself to grow your career. I am challenged everyday to resolve issues, streamline processes, share my ideas, and leverage my best practice experiences and apply it at POINT.
Cons
Dealing with ambiguity but I consider this a pro versus a con. Whenever there's ambiguity it means that I am exercising my analytical skills, judgement, performing research, networking and socializing, look at things in different perspectives, and essentially I am learning continuously about trending in the market to sharpen my trade.
