Schedules, including breaks, are set according to branch operating hours and customer flow. The bank has won multiple awards for customer service due to the outstanding efforts of our employees, demonstrating that we have sufficient staff to meet the needs of our customers. Furthermore, PointBank was named as a finalist for Best Place to Work in the ‘Best of Denton County’ for 2023, 2024 and 2025, as well as winning Best Bank in the ‘Best of Denton County’ for sixteen years straight, and Best Local Business in 2025! We take great pride in providing a pleasant work environment and employees are encouraged to discuss any concerns with management, including their need for a break in their work schedule.

I have been at the bank for 20+ years and have seen lots of changes. But through it all, PointBank has never lost focus of what truly matters: People! From multi-generational customers, to employees new and experienced, the bank is always looking out for its people and communities. Is there room for improvement? Always! Times change, technology advances, political and economic landscapes vary, regulatory requirements evolve, etc etc. But what has never wavered is PointBank's commitment to extraordinary service, and its ability to adapt to change! With 140+ years in operation under its belt, I have no doubt that will continue for decades to come, and I'm so proud and grateful to be a small part of it!
