It's a fast paced environment that requires thinking outside the box to solve problems. That kind of environment isn't for everyone, but I've really enjoyed it and it's led to fast growth in my career.
Cons
Similar to the pros. The fast paced environment can be seen as chaotic at times when there's larger pivots being made. That type of environment isn't for everyone.
