Half the team is constantly on performance plan. They won't show the data to back up quota expectations. Product is sub-par and 2x the price of many competitors. Exec team won't acknowledge the competition, quickly losing market share. Almost no opportunity to earn promotions. They will tell you all is well and that the company is thriving, but then will have layoffs & restructures with no notice or provocation.
