Pros
Podium is such an incredible place to work. Having come from a large corporate I am able to appreciate the inclusive, high-performing, rewarding and fun environment that Podium is.
Cons
The only real con for me is that proximity wise I am not located close to the office so the commute isn't ideal! Fortunately, Podium is super flexible with remote working and I am able to work both from home and the office. There is such a great vibe in the office though that I would prefer to be in every day!
