      Pros

      The culture is fantastic, loved the perks in office, liked most management and especially the people on our team.

      Cons

      Preach a good work/life balance, for everyone except those in sales. If you take a day off you feel like you're drowning. Overpraised high achievers to make everyone else feel terrible. Told multiple people different things in regards to promotion.
