I have worked a a few different billion dollar companies with all differentm kinds of management personalities but this by far was the most toxic. If the CEO didn't like you everyone knew. He was very impulsive, and the management team was too afraid to stand up to him in any capacity. I even witnessed him cussing at an employee for accidentally disrupting a meeting. I am hopeful that in his time as a leader he has grown out of these bad habits and learned some empathy and what true leadership really is.
