Pros
Excellent company. Best job I've ever had. They give you all the freedom in the world to do the things you want to do at work. They embody the entrepreneurs spirit, if you have a good idea to improve a process, not only do they want to hear about it, they often will even let you execute it. I never feel micromanaged and I genuinely enjoy the work that I do.
