Pros
The top-level talent Podium recruits in all departments is awesome. Sales/marketing guys crush it every month and our product/engineering team does a great job pushing updates and new features along with great support from client success.
Cons
Not much here for cons, but more transparency as the rapid growth occurs would be helpful
