Podium has some great perks, but unlike so many other tech companies they don't offer the perks in an attempt to mask deeper issues. Instead they've created a culture where driven people can push each other to become the best possible version of themselves.
Cons
The growth is so fast that is tough to avoid some speed bumps. We spot them on the horizon and next moment we are there.
