Pros
Highly positive and proactive management. The owner and managers will often come and speak with every member of staff (including people who are in for a trial day) to offer advice, encouragment, guidence, and support. They will always listen to any feedback that is provided and act on it where nessesary. You will always have a voice and be heard with us.
The staff are amazing. We are one big family and it is so comforting to know that every single person will support you and back you up.
There is always work to do. You will not be twidling your thumbs trying to find work to do, making the time that you are here drag on.
There is always the oppertunity to grow, learn, achieve and be promoted. This company has given me so much support, training and belief and I have learnt so much from it. I am so grateful every oppertunity I have been given and I will always want to repay the faith that they have placed in me.
Cons
This is a very full on role. It is often extremely busy all throughout the day, though this can be positive as before you know it the day is over and it is time to go home.
