Good number of employee engagement activities, too many infact (that sometimes even distract one from work).
Cons
Unorganised, confusing, lack of proper systemization in work, bosses don't understand the team well, scope of growth negligible, calls from team/clients at any hour of the day, 0 work life balance, expectations really high but salary range very less, no value for hard work, no appreciation or clear comm.
