Pros
-Free parking -There *may* be a small selection of reasonable and level headed co-workers for you to talk to
Cons
-Unprofessional and nepotistic -Micromanagement is rampant, known, and ignored by upper management -If you do your job well, you will be expected to pick up the slack for those who do not -They do not pay a liveable wage -Culture is toxic and cult like. Feedback will be requested; if you are honest and say anything constructive but “not something they want to hear” you will be ostracized. Also, nothing will change. -The illusion of a flexible workplace. Even this is micro managed and restricted -Professional development is completely nonexistent, though they will try to tell you otherwise -Profit over people, every time -The CEO has literally yelled at employees (in front of others) for reasons as minuscule as a missed call
