Thank you for the feedback. We really appreciate your acknowledgement of the value you see in our leadership team. We also acknowledge the fact of the salary restructuring and staggered distribution of salary, during the pandemic, after having discussed and with consensus from employees. It was a tough decision and yet we considered all possible options in choosing a path that might be most appropriate, which ultimately resulted in retaining all the employees throughout the unprecedented situations during the pandemic. All payments have been regularized, caught up and salaries have been appraised with increments, since February 2021.
