Project progress can be slow because there aren't too many developers

It’s hard to think of any pros… My former coworkers are cool!

Plexon suffers from weak, disorganized management and a clear lack of appreciation for employees. Communication is poor, expectations are unclear, and leadership does little to support the team. There are no raises, bonuses, positive feedback. It’s hard to stay motivated when there’s no reward for hard work. No career growth opportunities. No real HR. All the good people are leaving/left….
