Pros

Not many to speak of. Some good artists I guess but you are not able to do good work for them so that limits the value of the contacts you make with these artists.

Cons

Terrible senior management who are mainly puppets of the investors. They chop and change the top people all the time for new white male idiots. No female representation in senior positions or HR. Big bullying culture. They have had some really smart people but completely restricted their ability to do any impactful work. The international teams hardly speak to each other which is bad for all employees and artists.

Pros

get to work with some big name clients sometimes

Cons

no organization, upper management is useless. They keep replacing or cutting off people who have been there for years with new music industry rejects who have no clue whats going on. The whole company is made of essentially the rejects and firee's of the music industry because they couldn't get jobs elsewhere or were lured in by smooth talking. zero mobility and zero chance of raises no matter how long you work there. Toxic work environment. Although they pretend they aren't a startup, they don't do anything to keep employees happy. won't even expense an employee birthday lunch. No employee events, hostile environment where upper management thinks they're too good to even say hello to employees when they walk by in the morning. again though they pretend to be passed the startup phase, they are definitely not passed the cheesy "gotta hustle" mentality of pressuring you to stay late every day and creating a really ineffective work environment. This place is the but end of every joke in the music industry and will stay that way.
