The company is little Flexible.

There is no Job Security

There are no pros better to look for other options. Took me as accountant make me work as Marketing. Horrible.

1. There is NO PF. 2 There is NO HEALTH INSURANCE. 3. There is NO ESI. 4. There is no proper management and HR. 5. They will give you different work than what is assigned. 6. No property timetable for leaves. Leaves are very less. 7. Three directors have 3 different rules. 8. There is no scope for growth and no increase in salary after 1 year. Better to look for other company. Avoid applying here at any cost. Horrible experience.
