Great people to work with, provides an environment to learn, the senior management and founders are very inspiring, pushing the boundaries on creativity, all team members are valued and their opinions heard, cohesive working environment
Cons
Teams are short staffed and deliverables are long hence there is an issue with work life balance. Everyone works long hours, hence it is an accepted culture like most other agencies in India
