I want to emphasize that we conduct annual salary benchmarks across all departments to ensure our compensation aligns with market rates. In fact, we aim to pay within or at the higher end of the salary ranges for similar companies in Berlin and our industry.
I further want to highlight that we track key people metrics, such as turnover, retention, or engagement scores, and regularly analyze them against industry and organizational benchmarks. If we notice significant changes, we discuss them with the leadership team to identify and implement appropriate action steps.
We firmly believe that every individual's experience is valid and deserves to be heard. If we created the impression that we are not open to feedback, that means we fell short of our ambitions and we are sorry for that. We will discuss your feedback internally, and we will explore how it can be translated into actionable steps to further strengthen our company culture.
