A lot of flexibility at my position, can manage my own time, good boss and team that make days better
Cons
Recent layoffs, benefit cuts, trying to save money wherever possible, very low and definitely below average raises (atl for my team/position), mandatory 3 days in the office, company is getting worse and worse each year compared to when I joined
