Friendly remote environment where you get to work with terrific, and brilliant people. Great hour and vacation flexibility. Ever evolving platform keeps things interesting.
Cons
Not much in terms of face-to-face team building time, maybe once or twice a year. Which is really only a con because you'll want to hangout with the great team.
