Pros
Sadly, the company quickly deteriorated after the other co-founder (Chris) left. While it was clear that it was the first time heading a company for both co-founders, and that they both had a lot to learn in terms of leadership, the Partner left behind (Naushad) lacked respect from the team--he demonstrated bad decision-making ability and leadership abilities with a wonderful consistency--this lead to 14 people leaving the company in June and July (out of a total of ~25)-- so unfortunately, there are no pros I can think of.
Cons
The company has no experienced professionals left; those left behind have minimal (~1 year) experience. While they are smart, the company doesn't provide professional training to be a consultant, leading to 90% poorly executed client projects. If you are a new client, make sure to ask them to provide references. CEO (Naushad) will hire and fire high level executives within the span of months, reflecting poor judgment abilities, as well as a lack of respect for hiring practices. Employee satisfaction is of low priority, with multiple projects having unreasonable timelines promised (with the burden to deal with unhappy clients being on the delivery team), and a general rudeness and suspicion in terms of how he treats employees. The company has been on an "upward trajectory" for the past 5 months, but 14 (smart and experienced) people have left the company in June and July (out of a total of ~25)-- I'm not sure if the last few positive reviews are even true reviews. Current employee morale is extremely low. They have a bad reputation within the Salesforce community and clients alike. Unsure if GSD will be around in the next 6 months. Stay away.
