Pros
There isnt much for pros besides that its a very clean shop. They do let you do your own thing though for the most part and you can listen to music.
Cons
Pay is mediocre at best. Owner/managers dont have much concern for personal life, you could have lost your leg Sunday night, you are expected to be at work Monday. There is no excuses here.
