Upper management and HR will stab you in the back. Upper management and HR lack morals and ethics. Certain stiff, dry, dull, incredibly weak personality mellenthin-types. Typical small town employees in all the worst stereotypical ways: -Boring -Cultureless -Gossip about everyone, even their "friends". Definitely new people. -Hate change (especially new faces, though the deceitful and immoral smile to your face will fool you every time.) Terminated several newer HR, Logistics, Purchasing Managers and others within months of each other... one for accidently coming to work with Covid so don't come to work sick on accident or kiss your job goodbye. Steer clear of this company, especially management, office, administrative roles.
