The people are great. Everyone is quite competent and nice! The leadership team makes effort to get to know you. Lots of events to attend if you want. The company cares about us.

Great clients but like at other boutique consulting companies, wish there were lots of roles to choose from when rolling off a project. But I'm hearing lots of consulting companies are having lay offs so it may just be an industry thing.
