Pros

This is excellent IT company where you get a chance to work on latest technologies and learn. If employer will satisfy with your work here is chances for onshore opportunity.

Cons

Noida office cafeteria should be better.

Pros

Not very many. Probably just location and SOME of the employees that work hard under the circumstances.

Cons

People get screamed by Senior Management, either locally or via phone to people in India. Very poor Salary. Senior Management not focused on employee development. Employee Appreciation focused on "preferred" employees. The position that you are hired in is the position that you will stay in forever, no opportunities to grow except for "preferred" employees. So much employee rotation both in the US than in India, making every task harder as new employees have to catch up quick with no clue on what they are doing. Senior Management ask the employees to use personal mobile and personal internet for business after work hours with no compensation. Senior Management ask the employees to work very late and then come to work very early to accommodate the employees overseas in India as they have to "communicate" at all times via personal phones (for people in the US). Lack of Human Resources. Lack of Leadership.

Plasma Response

The person was a contract employee with Plasma. The person was never offered a full-time employee position due to subpar performance and personality characteristics. This contractor was dismissed on-the-spot for exhibiting loud, threatening, and inappropriate behavior within the Plasma office. This behavior was extremely upsetting to the employees that witnessed it. Senior management were forced to leave an offsite event and return to the Plasma office due to the severe nature of this contractors behavior. The contractor was dismissed on the spot but Plasma continued to pay this contractor for another 2 months (with no work required) to help provide an easier transition for the contractor. Given this persons performance and inappropriate behavior Plasma was more than fair in its ultimate handling of the situation.
