- Be aware this is a startup that is delusional of what they can do and can not. - CEO as pointed out in other reviews, has anger management issues and often hurl abusive words or go on a rant that broke 80% of employees that left Alore (Do not ever think that 'if you are good, they will treat you good' , doesn't work) - Favoritism is at the best, if you are in good graces of the CEO, you are going to be a star. However, it only lasts for a couple of months and then you are the worst person to work with. You will be then considered the worst human being while he will parallel point out all your flaws or personal problems to make him feel better about his insecurities - There's no one else in the company except CEO who owns you or manages you - Saturday is working - They will lie about their growth and say things that aren't true - People come here and grind without a cause or any outputs(revenue, product or retention), they get bullied and then they break. I have seen 3 good people broke down in my eyes - Salary is always late and comes from Singapore bank, so problem with TDS, PT, and PF - Always read their contracts and ask your legal friend to vet it for you before you accept it. Too many conditions and hidden clauses. Disclaimer: IT's not a product company!!! If you think it is then you're delusional too. IT's a lead gen company. Clients come in thinking we are credible and super intelligent, but sadly we are run off the mill lead gen company with product on the side that keeps getting updated and not released to anyone in the disguise of the cash-cow that lead gen services is!!!! There are really good people in the team but they are bullied and brainwashed by one and only CEO. If you don't have any other offer and are desperate or you are ready to get bullied every single day then be my guest and join this circus!!
